Giving you guys credit!

For all the hard work and effort you have put in sending us your stories, the least we can do is offer credit where it's due. In this section we simply ask how you would like us to label you, and your work!

What name would you like to have written on your story to give you credit? Aliases are allowed and encouraged for the safety of your private information. *We also ask that you do not request to have your entire last name added, but only the first letter of it. *

If this is a continuation of a previous submission, please clarify that below by letting us know what part or section it is. *

Under what title would you like us to publish your work? *

What is the summary that you would like for us to present our website viewers? *It is subject to change as a result of grammar. If you are writing an essay your thesis will do. If you're writing a poem the theme or overall message will do. *

One important thing we insist on is that this is a CHS Club. So we ask that all who publish content on here are attendees of said high school *

What grade level are you in? *Grade will be inputted next to name/alias you provide on the pdf of your work. choose all that apply.
